My Information

The My Info menu on the homepage will allow a user to see his or her account information.
This Page Is displayed by Default When users login Using the Login menu Option. To change your password, click Change Password Option available at the top Of the page. Type the current password, New Password, Reconfirm Password And click Submit. A New Set Of menu options are displayed To the user.

Loans Tab: This displays the current loans of the logged in user. If there is a fine due that will also be displayed. It is also possible to renew a loan using the Renew loans button displayed next to each loan. This page will also displays items lost by the user for which the payment is still pending

Claims Tab: This tab displays all the claims made by the borrower with the status of each.

  • A icon option is available on the left side of the title of each item in the claims list. Click on the click on icon(eye) to view the details of the item.
  • A button is available to check the reservation queue . Clicking on this button will bring up a dialog that displays the entire queue and enables the user to see his/ her position in the queue.
  • Clicking on the button will cancel the claim.

Proposals Tab: This tab displays all the proposals sent to the library by the borrower. The details of each proposal along with its current status can be viewed using the View/Edit Proposal button. To delete a proposal use the Delete button. Approved proposals cannot be deleted.

The library In which the item has been proposed Is displayed. It Is also possible To propose the same item To another library Using the Propose To another library button.

Approvals Tab: This tab displays all the proposals on which the logged in user is the Approver. The user can Approve or Reject the proposal using the button provided. You can view only the proposals that require your approval by selecting the Not Decided status in the drop down box provided.

The library In which the item has been proposed Is displayed.

History Tab: This tab displays the transaction history of the logged in user for the last one year.

Personal Info Tab: This tab displays the personal details of the user.
